  1. Thanks for your reply! As it turns out I had to re-convert the HEIC because the first go produced a corrupted file.
  2. Hello -- I've been going through the archives to find a solution to my problem, but I haven't been successful! This is on Designer 2, 2.5.2, Mac Attached, please find the screen cap of the error and the actual image in question. The image can be opened in Preview with no issue. Thank you. IMG_4787.HEIC
  3. I had the same issue and the beta 1.9.0 version works quite well!
  4. I updated to the latest version (1.8.4) and am still having the same issue with the pencil tool. It sounds like others are also having issues...I'll be following along the threads to see if there is a resolution. Thanks.
  5. Hello, I'm sorry for not replying for so long! Still having the same issue -- here is the crash log. https://pastebin.com/zAmHwuxz Thank you.
  6. I'm having the same exact issue. OS Catalina, 10.15.5 on Affinity ver. 1.8.3 Here is the crash report. It's super annoying since I do very detailed drawings.
  7. Hello. I have the latest version of Affinity Designer for MacOS (1.8.3), and have been having an increasingly bad time where the entire program crashes when I draw complex vector shapes. I first thought it was related to just one file I was working on, but it has been occurring with more frequency recently. It happens most often when I'm working on shapes with a lot of points. Unfortunately it means I have to save after every change I make because I don't want to lose my work. Having to open and re-open every time it crashes is getting rather tedious. Please let me know if you are able to help. Thank you.
