  1. I'm want to resize a circle (or other shape) with the center of the circle being the anchor point, such that when I drag a corner handle it resizes the circle equally around the center point. It seems that all I'm able to do is resize the circle (constrained using Shift key, etc.) but it it anchors at one of the corners such that I then have to move the circle back to the center and realign it, etc. I've clicked the center dot on the Transform panel but it doesn't seem to make any difference in the way the resize performs. What am I doing wrong?
  2. I would also like to see the inches ruler divided into 1/8 inch increments instead of 1/32 increments. Or better yet, leave it at 1/32 increments, but make the tick marks progressively longer for 1/4, 1/8, and 1/16 inch increments. As it is, all tick marks are the same length (except 1/2 inch, which is slightly longer). As noted above, these tiny marks are difficult to see and follow. Thank you.
