Thanks for the reply...the above file is a png file ...so i cant open this file in affinity and the say change the smaller font to a different colour?

hi there im a novice but got used to working with adobe AI and could just about use it for my needs....I love the community feel of Affinity and the support is what made me make up my mind to switch...Im grasping the basics but im struggling how to isolate an image whether to change the size etc it or recolour it...in AI I use to Image trace - make and expand then i could recolour or alter which bit i wanted ...ive looked all through the program but cannot find where the isolate part of an image....help would be so appreciated . The first pic i did on AI the second pic is for a sign im about to make but need to change the colour of a part of the text x
