I have found that going into the resource manager and replacing the images with themselves will temporarily solve the issue, but I have to go through the whole document and make sure every image is displaying properly. I am using 1.8.2.620 version.

Hi, I am also having this problem. I have a 10 page document, which has multiple images on each page, and when I load the file, some of the images never seem to fully load. Sometimes some of the images will be blurry, but the go to normal after a moment. Some never do. When I experimented with exporting the document as a pdf, the same image is blurry. I don't know if it is of note, but I have been reusing some of the same images with different parts cropped in this document.
