  1. I'm working on a multipage document for a client. Save the file fine, went to sleep and tried to open it up this morning and got "The file appear to be corrupted" error message. Can someone please help. This project is due in 4 days :-(. It took almost a week to get this to this point. Unfortunately, I know it's the weekend and there may not be any tech folks working. I might have to putt 2-3 all nighters to recreate this. This is very frustrating to say the least. I'm running on Windows 10, Publisher 1.10.5. Any help at this point would be greatly appreciated. Thank you all in advance for your help. CriTek_Proposal_Charlotte_Water_RFQ-Waste-n-Sewer-Street-Main-Design_v2.afpub
  2. @MEB I have BitDefender for anti-virus. The file is stored on an external HD which I work directly from without any synchronization from the cloud.
  3. @Pšenda I did try opening it in both Designer and Photo and got the same error message. @MEB The file was stored and worked on directly from a USB 3 SSD HD. When I got the error message, I placed it on the desktop and tried opening it from there with no luck.
  4. Thank you for trying v_kry. I do hope someone who has APub and the ability to recover the file can give it a shot. But thanks again for trying.
  5. v_kyr, I do not believe that the version I have of Publisher is a beta version and no unfortunately I do not have a backup of the file.
  6. I've been working on this file for several weeks. Last night I made some changes and went to open it up this morning and got a "The file is not supported." error message. I've been searching all day for a solution without any luck. I'm on Windows 10 and the file was created in Affinity Publisher 1.8.3.641 and is about 104.9mb. I'm in desperate need of help or any type of advice, as my client is expecting to see the design on Thursday afternoon, there's really not enough time to recreate what I have in this file. Can anyone please advise me as to what my options are or how to recover this file. Thank you in advance. CryoFactory_Logo.afpub
  7. Hi All, I'm trying to export my vector logo to a PNG format from Publisher. Typically I know you would go to "Export" then select PNG and go down to "Area" and then "Select without Background." However, when I click on Area, there's only two option for me..."Whole Document or Current Page." Can anyone explain to me what's going on and how I can go about resolving this? Thank you in advance. Attached is an image of what I'm see when I try to export this file to PNG.
  8. Does this .bat file work with update 1.8? I can't seem to restore my last configuration. Does the .bat file have to in C drive?
