Thank you so much for your reply! Carl, resetting the Object Styles that way was one of the first things I tried, and I tried it about 4 times, lol! A popup messaged declared they had been restored but nothing had changed. Walt, I tried your advice to start the program by holding down the Ctrl key while clicking on the program icon. It worked! I got my default styles back, and then able to import all my .afstyle backups. Designer and Publisher all working normally now too. Thank you both so much! I really appreciate your help. Mandy

I deleted a few style categories from Affinity Photo V. 2.0.4 on Windows 11, then all of a sudden AP froze and when I rebooted it, all the styles had gone. I've tried every suggestion I could find in this forum but nothing has worked, I tried uninstalling and then reinstalling AP 2.0.4 but still no styles. And I get an error message if I try to import an individual .afstyle file from my backups. The styles have also disappeared from Designer and Publisher. I sure hope someone can help.

I'm having the same problem. If I export as a jpg, the short lines are white. If I export as a png, the short lines are transparent.

Does the taskbar eventually come back after a while, or once it happens does it become permanent? Mine stays permanent.

My task bar in Windows 10 is set to auto-hide and it works fine. However, if I run Affinity Photo 1.9, the mouse will not bring it up. I have to press the Windows button to bring up the Start, and the task bar with it. This was not a problem with 1.8.
