  1. These are the beta versions
  2. I am working on a document in Publisher 2.4.0 and want to open it in Designer persona but I get a message that my Affinity requires an update, I opened Affinity, and it is also 2.4.0 and when I "check for updates" it says I have the most current version. I can't find a way to get the StudioLink to work. I can close the document in Publisher and reopen it in Designer without issues. I am also able to switch between the Publisher and Photo personas using studio link, it's just the Publisher to Designer studio link that isn't working. I am using the Mac desktop version of both apps.
  3. I have a PSD file that lets me mock up artwork in a frame. It's supposed to be as simple as replacing an image in the layer labeled Your Image Here (see attached photo). However when I click on that layer the Replace Image option is not in the menu. I think it has something to do with the red bars next to the layers but I don't know how to change that. When layers show up like that in Publisher you right click and edit detached but there isn't an option like that in photo that I'm aware of. This is probably a simple fix, I just can't seem to find the right option.
  4. I have a file that I created from a template. On the last page there are several hyperlinks that I change for each document. The hyperlinks are correct when I view them in Publisher but once I export the file to a PDF the links go to the wrong website. Does anyone know how to fix this? I've attached some screen shots for reference.
  5. I'd like to create some text and paragraph styles and some brand color pallets that always appear in new documents. Now, unless I'm using a template, I have to recreate these in each new document. Is there a way to make sure they are there whenever I open a new document.
  6. Thanks, Gary, I'll try the "save as". I write knitting patterns so I want to keep the overall layout of the pages the same (font, colors, page layouts) and just edit the text with each new pattern.
  7. Is there anyway to create a template or master document that can be downloaded as a new document and overwritten? I have a specific brand/look for my knitting patterns that I want to use in every document I create. It would be nice to set up a master page and document layout once and then just copy and paste info into the template without needing to re-create everything in a new document each time. I've created a document with all of the settings I want but can't find a way to import this framework to a new document without changing the original. I hope that makes sense. Basically I want to create document A, duplicate document A as a new file and rename it document B so I can then edit B without changing A. Any advice?
