I can’t find a folder in on my iPad that contains all my v1 designer projects. Do I have to export them somehow first. I’m just a hobby graphics person not a pro by any stretch. Thanks for your help.

Do I really need to export my projects all out individually to a file and the reimport to v2. I can’t seem to find my v1 documents on my iPad. Do I have to reload all my add on brushes, styles and such?

I never have figured this out. I’ve tried everything I can and nothing seems to want to be a key point.

I’m trying to make Celtic trefoil knots on an 11” iPad Pro. I’ve tried a few processes using the geometry tools; add, divide and so on; but it does not give me very clean results. It sometimes adds dozens of misc nodes on the divides and errant internal nodes on the add operations as if it is creating multi part shapes instead of one solid shape. It just doesn’t create the clean shapes I began with. Maybe the iPad version is not up to it

Thanks for your answers. Still can’t really see how key points are any different than existing nodes. Guess I just need to keep experimenting with it.

What is a shape key point. There is a snapping option to snap to shape key point but setting it doesn’t seem to do anything and I can’t find key point explained anywhere in the help. Still learning the software. Thanks.

I’m new to design software so I’m still learning. I did get it sort of figured out. Divide was working like it is supposed to just not like I wanted. The selections were ragged because I didn’t have a dense enough pixel grid. Using the pixel eraser and smart selection brush to mask the under portions of the rope worked best. It allows me to keep the ropes whole so I can use layer styles on the ropes. It still needs some clean up, some of the fix leaves hallos that need clean up. If I could mask the styles that would be great. I haven’t found out how to do that yet. Thanks for all the pointers. I will she know out the tutorials. Thanks again

I’m trying to create a Celtic knot weave pattern. I can create the ropes ok but can’t seem to create the weave. I’ve tried to mask out segments of the ropes using a pixel mask and selections but I can’t get the edges of the mask very clean and the results look very ragged. I’ve also tried using a Boolean divide but it divides the rope that’s on the top but seem to to an XOR on the bottom rope and deletes all the over lapping parts of the rope. That just doesn’t seem to be how it should work.
