Moving Microsoft Store License account

Hello i recently bought Affinity Designer and Publisher via the Microsoft Store for my windows Laptop, but I just moved my whole operating system to a work/school account, hence I cannot configure my personal account (on which there are the two licenses) on the Microsoft store. Is there any way to move these licenses to the account I’m currently using? thank you!
