  1. Thank you - I think the customer has used print preview to print - I have requested that they try printing from a PDF reader so hopefully they will get better results. I think the advanced set up might be a bit beyond her as she didn't know what a pdf reader was - If it doesn't work I will be back
  2. Hi I did raise this issue a couple of weeks ago, and I thought I had resolved it, but it has just come up with another customer. I have designed some printable note papers and sent them out as zipped PDF files. The layers in the images are printing as a black block rather than the actual grouped layers. I have attached a picture of what the print preview shows and what it actually being printed, as well as my settings for export. Please can someone help me in layman's terms, as I am not very literate in the technical stuff. I am using a MacBook Air and the 2 people who have had issues printing are both using MacBooks. Everyone who has used a windows pc has had perfect results, as have I. Many thanks, Louise
  3. Thank you for getting back to me - I am using a MacBook Air and the Affinity version is 1.8.4. When Exporting will having the "Include layers" box ticked have created this issue?
  4. Hi, I have made some very simple A5 Letter writing papers which I have saved as PDF files. I sent the files to a friend, they show fine in her print preview but print very strangely. Is this something I am doing wrong? 1st pic shows her print preview and 2nd is what printed. The design is made of layers of flowers but the layers are all grouped into one. I saved it by export as pdf A5 document.
