I received the books this past Monday. I was glad that you sent them so fast. I just wish I would have had prior warning about the Shipper and the estimated date of arrival. I found the books in a box outside my apartment door. I could have been in my apartment instead of choosing to go Christmas Shopping that afternoon. It's safer to be home for a package as opposed to hoping someone did not take your package left outside one's door. It does not happen much her in this building but that does not mean it won't happen. Thanks for the books. Jose

I just purchased all of your software packages and both books. I was able to download the software and all the extras that came with it. But I have not gotten notification on anything about the books. When do they ship? What carrier do they ship from? What is the estimated time of arrival? I need to know as I need to be home to get packages. Some carriers will not leave packages at one's apartment door step. So I have to make sure I am home. I sent an e-mail, no response. I sent a Facebook Message, no response. Your confirmation e-mail should mention something of how and when the books will be sent. Please let me know, in general how you handle these things. JoseBR
