Dinner Scraps

So I could do this in InkScape quite easily - and from the links provided above it seems illustrator can do the same. I can't believe designer can't Like others in the other forum posts, I am designing patterns and need to know the length of certain seams. So looks like I'll go back to the open source InkScape then

Hi everyone - I'm fairly new to designer so forgive me if this is a simple find, but I can't for the life of me work out how to display the length of a path! Could someone please point me in the right direction - thankyou!
