Sharpening in RAW mode is lost during development

If I sharpen an image in RAW mode and then click "Develop", the image will be out of focus again after development. Why? Best regards Volker

Hi, when i export a sharp picture to JPEG and make it a bit smaller, then the jepg isn't as sharp as the picture in Affinity. In other Tools like Lightroom or Luminar, i can choose a sharpen possibility in the export dialog. Could be a helpful feature also for Affinity. Best regards Volker
