What Windows release? Are you using a mouse or a tablet (and if so, what kind). Windows 10 pro I am a disabled person. I use a special camera to operate the computer and affinity programs which tracks the eyeballs through the Windows Control software which emulates the mouse. Yesterday before the update everything was fine ps: sorry for my english
