  1. Hi Lee, thanks for the help, the colour profile issue is that when I import an image into Designer the colours change significantly in the image. I've tried every combination of colour profile in the document setup, preferences and on the monitor itself with no luck including having everything set to the default. I can get it close to the same as outside the program by setting my monitor to the default profile but then everything on the screen shows incorrectly anyway. When I asked about this in the past it was suggested that Affinity Designer is trying to compensate for the screen, if this is the case is it possible to turn that off? Thanks!
  2. Hi, under document setup there's a dropdown menu called type, when I change this and hit ok the type sets itself back to print again. I'm also having the same problem as I've posted about before where the document ignores the colour profile it's set to and over saturates everything no matter what settings in the OS, preferences and document setup I change edit: to add a third issue, the colour picker takes a random colour completely different to the one clicked on
  3. Hi thanks again for replying, is there any way to fix this? Even with the screen set to default or with the document set to the screen's profile Affinity changes the image too much to know what colour it will be once exported. Shouldn't the app show correct colours with everything on the program and on the OS set to sRGB? edit: actually ignore that, I just needed to close and re-open the program again (duh!) thank you! For anyone reading this in the future, before making a new document go to edit > preferences > colour, and set the RGB colour profile to sRGB. When you make a new document (File > new) set the colour profile there to the same as you have set in Microsoft Colour Control Panel. When you export the image, (file > export) click More then untick Embed ICC Profile
  4. Hi Dan, thanks for your reply! My screen is set to a .icm profile through the OS, although setting it back to the pre-installed .icc doesn't fix the problem. The bit depth is 8 but I've tried the others too. Here's the screenshot of the colour preferences:
  5. Hi, when I place an image into my document it changes the saturation of that image. I have the colour profiles set as sRGB in the document setup and preferences and I have tried changing these settings and the colour profile in the Microsoft colour control panel and it has not made a difference. I've attached a comparison between an image before being put into Designer and a screenshot from after putting it into Designer
