  1. Hello Karl I agree with you. I am probably the oldest designer still actively using a publishing programme. I have always used Quark (never been tempted by In Design) and it has taken me all of my 10 day trial period to get to know Affinity Publisher. Not at home with it yet but my main concerns are not being able to add 'Rules in text' and items like 'Open tick boxes' to flow with text. Of course, I may have missed the controls! InDesgn is out of the qustion being subscription based and Quark is now rather expensive for a long retired guy like me so, Affinty Publisher seems to be the way forward if It can do all the tasks which are simple with Quark.
