Hello MEB, I don't have a user folder either and the permissions in ~/Library/Application\ Support/Affinity\ Photo are correct. I bought Affinity Photo and Designer from the Serif store a few minutes ago and had the same problem with AP. Designer runs, no problems so far. Two or three revisions ago the beta of AP 1.9.3 had the same problem, but this has been fixed in the meantime. I bought the full version in the Serif-Store because I thought that if the beta now works, the official 1.9.3 would also work by now. Unfortunately a fallacy. Now we have to wait until the beta becomes an official version. Fred

Hello, I have the same problem with the Mac version. It happens with 1.7.1 and also with 1.7.2beta. Is there something new about it? Cheers
