  1. Hi everybody, From a day to other, I can't use my Affinity Designer because my PC shuts down when I want to do anything. I already tried to reinstall it but it persists. It's critical. It doesn't show any bsod, only reboots my computer. Please, help me. I don't know how to proceed.
  2. Hello Walt, thanks for answering. But, as you can see in the image, the background is transparent. So it's pretty weird. I'll try your fixes
  3. Hello to everyone, I have been trying to solve this problem about an hour ago, but it happens that I cannot find a solution. When trying to place a text, either as normal text or a text box, a white background is placed that I cannot remove in any way. Does anyone know what can I do? I already reviewed all the color options and all the text options existing in the program. Many thanks.
  4. Fixed: "Use high precission tablet input (experimental)" checked was the problem all this time.
  5. Hi, I have purchased Affinity Photo some minutes ago, and I found that my software can't do anything. I've tried to put a shape into the document, but I can't see this when I drop to create it, can't resize it, can't anything. If I change processor to Windows Render Driver by default and restart the app, everything works nice but if I alt+tab dies. However, if I set my Nvidia graphic card and restart, works nice. But if I Alt+tab, I can't do anything again. My drivers are totally updated, and I've tried with Studio Creator and Game Ready type of nvidia drivers. I'm totally unabled to use the software...i can't feel that I've purchased something that I can't use. Someone can help me? Thanks.
