Dan C and walt.farrell, thanks for your willingness to help! It turned out that I had to uninstall all of the previous versions of Photo, Designer and Publisher; and create a new and empty folder to install into, and then it went fine. But I had never had to do that with previous versions of the Affinity suite, so I wasn't looking in that direction. But all is well now...looking forward to playing with the new tools!

Hey there, I downloaded all three updates for my PC (Photo, Designer and Publisher), but I can't install them. I'm on Windows 7...could that be the issue? I've never had a problem installing Affinity updates previously. Thanks for any information!

Hey there, very excited to download all three updates! I downloaded the .exe files with no problem, but I can't get them to install...I'm still on Win 7. Is that a problem with the updates? Thanks for any info on installing the updates to Photo, Designer and Publisher! I own all three on my Mac and my PC!

I purchased Affinity Designer and Photo for my PC (and for my Mac) months ago and have really enjoyed using them. However, I need to reinstall my PC's OS (long story) and will then need to reinstall my programs. I hope I don't need to re-purchase Designer and Photo...do I? I checked my PC and I don't see .exe files that I can back up until after the OS reinstall. Any advice is much appreciated!
