Thank you for your reply but it means nothing at all to me as I'm totally clueless with computers, is there an easy fix for this or do I need to take my laptop to a shop to fix , (sorry if I sound dumb but i am lol).

I'm pulling my hair out with the amount of times Affinity Designer is crashing on laptop windows 10, its happening every few minutes or so. I updated to 1.9.1 which was terrible and now to 1.9.2 and no better, I'm clueless with technology so desperately need help, each time it crashes the message is - (stop code vdr failure) whatever that means, am i doing something wrong. thank you

Awww Alfred, Thank you soooo much for your speedy reply, I've spent hours searching as didn't realise this, and the video is brilliant I've managed to change the colour to suit within 30 seconds of watching.. I think I'll be finding myself on here quite a lot lol. once again a huge thank you Alfred.

Hi I'm very new to this, I've installed and had a little play but I can't locate the Erazer that I believe should be down the left hand side panel, I've opened the customize tool panel and opened the eight layers and it's definitely not there, am I missing something. Also is they a way of changing the colour from black to i.e white (I find it difficult to see) Many thanks.
