Yes, same here. But MoXom, what worked for me was launching the App Store and while being in the App Store, killing the agent. Definitely worth a try because it worked here. This having said, I’m a little bit disappointed in Serif, because they state that switching software between Mac App Store and Affinity is definitely a no go. That’s definitely sad and hopeless

Thank you CatonaPC©, it worked by killing the agent. I definitely agree that we should be able to download directly with Affinity. I bought the Photo app from the website and have no update problems.

Exactly the same here! I tried everything I read in the forum but nothing helps. What does killing the appstore agent mean? Where do I find him and how to kill the bastard? Cheers, Peter

Help please! I cannot export anymore (too) to PDF. Can someone look into this? It's a severe bug I think. Designer hangs after giving the 'save to PDF' command. Thanks, Peter
