Please add double sized icons to the UI changes in 1.7 final!

I see that back in 2018 the topic of having the choice of larger icons had been 'logged as a feature request.' Is it now possible to change the size of the icons? I'm using a 27" monitor and the icons are about 1/3" across. Is this the default? Thanks
