  1. Hi Wilfried, may I ask how you open them, my beta version shows the images but the moment I double click the image to open I get the message file type not supported
  2. I tried affinity-photo-customer-beta-1.8.0.486 but it seems the EOS R CR3 files is still not supported:
  3. This sound great, how can I download the beta version. When I go to my account I have only the option to download Windows - Version 1.7.3
  4. My operating system is Windows 10 (64bit). PortraitPro 17 plugin works fine with Affinity 1.6.5.135. Now that I upgraded to Affinity 1.7.0.367 Affinity freeze when I use the PortraitPro plugin. It is however working fine with Nik Collection. I re-installed Affinity 1.6 and PortraitPro is working fine again.

  6. Thanks for the reply. I am a windows user and the camera is a Canon EOS R. I only shoot raw so it is a let down that Affinity cannot handle the raw files.
  7. When will (1.7) be officially released and does it support .CR3
  8. When will the EOS R raw files be added to Affinity?
