I purchased a license to work on my company machine only to be told they need to own the license. So they purchased their own license and we need to swap out their company license and email address and remove my license number and email address.
I uninstalled my copy of the software, then installed their downloaded copy, and I did not get the screen to add a new email address/license number... I'm running an i7 PC with Windows 10 as the OS
Please advise, thank you in advance for any help in this regard
