Exporting 85% K Text to PDF

Hello,

following problem, I hope somebody can help:

we have to export a brochure (about 40 sites) for the printing company into PDF X 4. The whole text and several graphic parts are created in 85% grid, pure black (K).

Now Printing company reports that in our PDF the text comes out in CMYK, the 85%K text is broken into CMYK.

We checked our document and the export settings again and again, cannot find the fault.

Has someone an idea what's going wrong here?

We have solved it: two colour profiles (document versa export) were conflicting, this caused the CMYK output of the plain black text.
