Picard06 Posted January 7 Posted January 7 Hi, thanks for reading this! Why is it that every time I try to pick a color from one of the layers, Affinity Photo crashes? It starts using 100% of my SSD, and it stops responding. It's very annoying. I tried to change the PPI of the document from 300 to 72 with the idea that it would need less performance from my PC (i9 14900K - 32 GB DDR5 - RTX 3060), but this didn't help. I've worked on this project the entire day yesterday with no such problems. I also used the color picker on this project earlier today and yesterday, so it's really weird how it doesn't work anymore. If anyone has an idea, please let me know! Kind regards, Luke Quote PC 1: Ryzen 9 7950X3D | 64 GB DDR5-6000 | RTX 4070 Ti SUPER PC 2: Intel Core i9 14900K | 32 GB DDR5-4800 | RTX 3060 Professional video editor who likes to work with Affinity Photo from time to time. I love to watch Avatar: The Last Airbender, the original, but also the movie and the live action.
Picard06 Posted January 7 Author Posted January 7 Update: I saved the project on my SSD now, rather than my external HDD that I was using before. It seems to work, but if anyone knows what is causing this, I'd love to hear it.
