Mads1234567890 Posted December 19, 2024 Posted December 19, 2024 (edited) I want to use affinity publisher across different platforms. Which means on Ipad and PC. I have set up on my PC so that i use Icloud for file and image storage which means that all links in my puplisher files goes to folders in my icloud that my ipad can get to. My problem is that if I work in a publisher document on my pc in the cloud, and then later wants to acces the same publisher file on my ipad i get following message about my linked images: Linked resource permission denied. It then tells me i can authorise folder, which i do by clicking on the folder where the file is in. This doesnt work and the photo keeps appearing pixelated in the puplisher document on the ipad. I think it's a weird problem when my affinity puplisher on PC doesnt have this problem. I tried under settings/apps/publisher to allow acess to photos but ofcourse i want full acess to archives in icloud if that is where the problem is at least. How do i solve this problem?? When i work with embedded files in a document it's not a problem. Ofcourse I dont want to have all my publisher documents take up as much space as my photos when it should be possible to use a link. How do i fix this problem so i can work in a linked environment in publisher on both ipad and pc seamlessly. It should really be possible.. I use affinity publisher V. 2 I hope you have an answer that is not: ios doesnt allow this or something, which im a bit afraid of might be the case to be honest. thank you.
