SKR-01 Posted December 18, 2024 Posted December 18, 2024 Hi there! I am struggling with a question to which I have been unable to find an answer among the amazing resources that power users around the web and on this Forum have generated. I feel I must be missing something basic: In affinity publisher 2.5.7 (on a Mac), regardless of whether I am in the primary Publisher mode or whether I click into Photo from within Publisher, I can choose an image to crop, and while the image is clearly selected and the context toolbar is still there, the toolbar is empty. Furthermore, if I look at the dimensions of my selected image (lower right “Transform” box) it shows as 0 in both dimensions (x and y) and 0 for x and y location. If I click back to the selector tool the dimensions reappear and location reappear and the context toolbar for the selector tool appears as normally. From the crop tool I can crop by eye, click back to “Selector” see if I have achieved the dimensions I want, return to crop and iterate. But I would like to crop to specific dimensions the way I can through the toolbar when I use the crop tool in Affinity Photo (where the context toolbar from the crop tool works just fine for me). From online instructions/discussions it seem like that should be possible, and I see no references to the problem that I am having anywhere. I have included a screenshot. Many thanks to any and all who can help me resolve this issue! Quote
