I'm seeing some weird artifacting when trying to create highlights.

I'm not sure what this is. It disappears when I disable the group the layers are in. The effect gets worse depending on where my mouse position on the screen is. If I don't move my mouse, the effect stays there and doesn't change.

EDIT: Exporting the image retains the artifacts I see in the editor (image at the bottom of the page)

Anyone have anything on this? Restarting the application, and the PC makes no difference. 

Any help is appreciated.

EDIT: Fixed it. It was a mask on the group I made. Thanks a lot. Awesome community 😎👍
