ADW Posted December 12, 2024 Posted December 12, 2024 Apologies if this is answered elsewhere. I've looked but can't seem to find it. I'm just installing a new Mac mini M4, base model (but 24GB memory). As many others have done, I've added an external SSD which is configured to be my home directory. In an attempt to manage the limited space on the internal SSD I'm installing whatever applications I can on the external SSD. I've not yet done an installation of any of the affinity suite on the new Mac but see it uses the simple 'drag and drop' install process, so I'm assuming it's heading for the applications folder on the internal SSD. Has anyone experience of installing Affinity 2 suite on an external SSD? I'm sure it's a doddle to keep data on the SSD, but I'm looking at installation. Thanks for the help in advance. Quote
AndoTHFC Posted December 12, 2024 Posted December 12, 2024 Yes. Works as expected. Just drag and drop onto an external SSD and launch from there. Quote
