snelse
Hi I've just moved over from Adobe and only used it for 1 thing which is to convert my artwork to cmyk so it's print ready but I'm struggling with Affinity. I can convert to cmyk fine but I'm struggling to manually adjust the black lines to pure black. My process in Adobe was to open the doc in Photoshop, convert to cmyk then adjust the colours manually using the fill tool. For the black lines I locked the layer then used the brush tool to change the lines to pure black - the lock layer meant that only the lines in that layer would change. Super simple. The lock layer tool doesn't do that in Affinity. I lock the layer and it doesn't seem to do anything! Then for the other colours, I select the layer and use the fill tool but the fill tool literally does nothing... Super stressful. Nowhere online seems to clear it up so hoping someone on here knows? To put it simply, after I convert to CMYK, how do I change the colours?? Thanks Steve
