Tamz Dezignz, LLC Posted June 6, 2024 Posted June 6, 2024 OK Y’ALL! I may only have a few strands of hair left after this day… …BUT I GOT YOU !! … IF you have a MAC, iPad or even iPhone!! (Unfortunately not available on Windows at this time) 1.) GO DOWNLOAD an app called AMADINE in the App Store. (TBH I haven’t really messed with it much so I don’t know if any other capabilities will be useful. But it’s $29.99, ONE TIME PURCHASE and NO DATA COLLECTED by designer (per the listing) unlike MANY out there. 2.) Highlight whatever elements in your design that you have gradients in. Right click and “Rasterize” (Just plain rasterize.. I haven’t tried the other rasterize options) ***IMPORTANT***. Make sure ALL stroke lines in design have “Scale with object” checked on stroke setting page. If desired, name elements and group as desired… all SHOULD be retained EXCEPT I THINK rasterized elements for some reason. (SEE *** NOTE Below in step #4) 3.) Export as SVG - HIGH QUALITY (Just the DEFAULT High Quality… do not check or uncheck anything) Choose "Selection Only” - SAVE 4.) Go to AMADINE Open file just saved on Affinity File —>Export —> SVG Click on: Selection Set DPI - I chose 300 ****UNCHECK UNIQUE IDs... OR IT WILL CHANGE TO ALL TO GENERIC OBJECT LABELS*** CHECK Text as curves if you want them as separate elements Save You’re Welcome! If you have any neat tips and tricks… Please do not keep a secret Please Pay It Forward! Quote
