I have a very simple curve (file attached) that I have created which I need to print as a 1:1 pattern for a watch strap.  I have tried printing it with the fill and without, and in both vector and outline view modes (not sure if that matters, it didn't appear to change anything).  In the print dialog I select scale, 100%, and selection.  There is a ton of room around the shape on the page so I can't see how it would be getting cropped by page margins.  But it is simply "fading out" at the ends of the curve when I do just the stroke.  And when I had the fill on, the end of the strap wasn't full width, like it was still clipping off the stroke in that part of the image.

Any ideas?

Ok, so this gets even more strange... just on a hunch I created a rectangle as a second curve that surrounded the strap (new file attached).   I then selected both curves, scale 100% and printed... this time my strap curve is fully printed, but now the outer rectangle only gets one side printed and is clipped.  Still nowhere near the edge of the page, but it's like it is clipping off whatever is the outermost shape...
