Publisher not starting after update

Hello

After upgrade to the Publisher version 1.9.0.932 the publisher is not starting anymore. I can see the start screen with the Publisher Logo and Version number for a few seconds, but afterwards nothing.

 

In the event viewer I found a Error Message for the publisher.exe.  I think the problem is from the .Net extension and I allready reinstalled the .Net on my computer. But this did not solve the problem.

 

Any hint how I can solve the problem?
