Very poor performance in Publisher despite low hardware usage

Hello, 

I bought Affinity Publisher a few days ago and have now completed my Affinity series with it. The performance of Designer and Photo is fine so far. 
In Publisher, however, my performance is not good. Even with a project that consists of only one page, I have a delay of about 2 to 3 seconds when I move a frame text, for example. I have also tested whether deactivating the hardware acceleration changes anything, but that is not the case. 
On another computer/laptop I have no problems at all with Publisher. The performance there is really excellent. But unfortunately not on the computer I work on most. 

While using the programme, I have a maximum CPU and GPU load of 15-20%. All drivers are up to date.... 

Can anyone help me here?
