Remove white background, change line colour

Hi all, I'm new here on Affinity. Loving and learning my purchased Affinity Designer and 60 day trial Photo. 

Probably a silly question and obvious answer for many but gonna post anyway!!

I've scanned a line drawing, removed white paper but want to make my line art white with coloured background. How can I do this?

Welcome to the forums.
There are probably lots of ways to do what you want but you could try inverting your pixel line art layer and putting a coloured rectangle behind it, see attached video.
