I think the app is missing a tool, or I can not finding it, to know what's the DPI of an imported image into a document (or even the real size of the image file in pixels, its resolution). I found that if I important an image I can not tell if the image has the dpi needed for good quality depending of the size it is placed in the design... the only way I can know that is using some math, with the size of the image in inches in the document compared to the resolution of the imported image, but that takes time when there should be some kind of bar, tab or tool where one can see DPI and other relevant info of the images in the document.
I have some content produced in Page Plus which I want to transfer to Publisher. As Publisher does not read Page Plus files I saved it as a pdf and imported. I had some text saved in a box which I wished to select and group together but this did not work, Publisher wanted the whole page or nothing. On the attached file I wished to select the individual items on the left side, also the "Marking System" part on the right hand side separately so I could move it to another page. prog19covermiddle.ppp
Hello, This is very basic as I have just started using Affinity Designer. When I import an EPS file downloaded fro Depositphotos.com, I can't select the objects seperatly. They are all grouped, can't ungroup or select indivudual elements. What am I missing here? Thansk
