  1. I don't know if or when it is planned that APu supports 3-page-spreads (or more). In the meantime could you provide on opening IDML files an option for splitting spreads larger than 3 into single (or facing) pages? Today I had the case of a 3-page-spread IDML which was converted into (2) single pages. But I needed them separate. Gladly I still have ID, so I rearranged the pages there.
  2. Preparing some icons for export I made the following observation: Exporting to GIF added some unwanted noise to a white background. Is this due to a resample option? I tried various resample options, since I cannot turn off resampling on export. See attached image. Left the layout from AD and right the exported GIF. Exporting to PNG does not add noise. How to prevent this? To clarify it: By noise I mean the colour artifacts you can see.
  3. When I try to open the attached PSD with AP I get the error message "The file type is not supported". Maybe the Affinity applications should be more informative like "Sorry, currently we do not support Duplex files" or something similar? psd-sonderfarbe.psd
  4. Whenever I open an IDML having picture frames, the "converted" picture frames in APu have the names of the linked images (incl. file suffix). First of all, this is nice, because I'll find the images faster in the Layers panel instead of having lots of picture frames called "Picture frame". Irritating is, when the image e.g. example.psd is replaced by an other image, the picture frame is stll called example.psd. Would it be a good idea, when placing images in picture frames - not talking about the IDML way here - the layer Picture frame has the same name as the placed file? And of course changing the layer name, when the image is replaced? Sorry for the bad English.
