Hi, all, The Filler text feature is particularly badly translated into French and this leads to major misunderstandings. ‘Insert Filler text’ is translated as ‘Insérer un texte d’exemple’ (Insert example text). This is particularly wrong except in one very special case. This is obviously an interpretation that probably originated from Google translate. It should be translated as ‘Insérer un texte de remplissage’. ‘Expand Field’ has been translated as ‘Déployer le champ’. This is nonsense. Déployer means to unfold, to unroll, to enlarge. It should be translated as ‘Développer le champ d’action’ or better still ‘Transformer en texte modifiable’ (Transform into editable text). 😁It would be good if translators knew DTP, and if the language they translate into was their mother tongue rather than that of Google Translate.
