  1. I have a document (Font Embed Example.afpub) using Noto Sans Korean [KR] Bold (Google Fonts) and Noto Sans (Google Fonts) but still only using Latin characters. Both fonts are listed as 'Installable' in Windows font settings: However, when exporting the document as a PDF from Publisher with the Subset fonts option checked, the exported PDF (Font Embed Example (subset).pdf) is missing all styles (i.e bold and regular) of only the KR font: The regular Noto Sans font however embeds perfectly well: Unchecking Embed subsets fixes the issue, at the expense of increasing file size from 1MB to almost 8MB (since the Korean font is quite large) (Font Embed Example (non-subset).pdf) which is too large for some file upload limits. I think this may be a bug in the PDF exporter. I haven't conducted any testing with other non-latin fonts but this may yield similar results. I'm running the latest Publisher version on Windows 11. The same issue also occurred on my laptop running Windows 10.
  2. I don't update High Sierra( because I heard this error happen : Korean input method with Affinity Photo for Mac). You can see that error using below step. In Affinity Photo 1. Just switch input method to "Korean input method( 2-set Korean)". 2. type g k s r m f in keyboard. 3. that show ㅎㅏㄴㄱㅡㄹ (Wrong Korean word). But that should show like 한글 (Correct Korean word). You can compare that method in Notes app. Just add correct n worong result screen shot.
  3. Hello! First of all thank you guys for having developed this wonderful suite, I bought all three software on my Macbook Pro and my win10 desktop. They are really brilliant in many ways, but there is one thing that frustrated me a bit. Based in China with this East Asian background I have to deal with lots of vertical texts, in Mainland China vertical layout texts in books or magazines have become much less popular since the new regime made decision to assimilate to the West, however these years I have seen many people of young generation have picked up the old tradition in their works i guess might be Japan/Taiwan/Hong Kong cultural influence that made them to rediscover the old fashion China style. Anyway I am still able to make vertical Chinese/Japanese/Korean layouts, just very inconvenient. What I am doing now is type text in horizontal text frames and then edit them to be vertical and I give up if there are loads of words. I hope if possible I will be able to directly type in vertical CJK texts like in Word/Pages or Japanese version of Indesign. thanks. And if this function is still there just me not knowing it please tell me lol. Wish you all the best, I really appropriate.

(Original Language: Korean. Translated by Google Translation) 지금 Affinity Designer, Photo 및 Publisher는 영어로만 되고 있지만, 한국어로 더 알기 쉽게 작업하고싶어요. 한국어 유저 인터페이스는 언제 추가해요? 저는 한국에 있는 한국어 사용자입니다.
