  1. Like a fool I thought I should update when told an update was available. I have been unable to do so, having 'setup failed' notices, and now I don't even have the old A/p available. I have tried installing both the 1.6.1.35 and 1.7.1.404 versions both normally and using run as administrator.
  2. I had Affinity installed on my Windows 10 machine and all was well. However, I ran a disk cleanup and I think a file was deleted. I don't see the files on the machine in the place it is convinced it is. So, when I try to uninstall, it keeps referring to a place that doesn't exist and gets hung up. I have tried to reinstall it and it says that version will not work with my computer or when I download an earlier version, it says I have a later version and can't install the earlier. I have tried to uninstall the program and it won't uninstall because it refers back to that file that is not there. There is also a reference to a missing msi file. I have done download again and it doesn't show up. I am going in circles? Do you have a solution? Thank you, Cynthia Westbrook
