Coming from InDesign I feel totally lost as to how the keyboard shortcuts work for paragraph and line spacing. What I am missing in Publisher is some kind of contextual keyboard help/cheatsheet accessible from tab panels. I would imagine a section like Paragraph > Spacing to have a clickable help icon that would display all the shortcuts (with all the modifier key combos) that control input available in a given section, for the given OS. Whether it'd be an online help page, or an internal popup, doesn't really matter to me (presumably online would be easier to maintain and print from).

I would like to see a minimise option on the help window. I'm no graphic designer and find some of the instructions difficult to follow. Also I can't always make enough space to follow the instructions and to work on a file. Is it possible to include a minimise button to close the help window? I can then open and close it much easier than having to close it and then to reopen and to carry out another search etc. Also I seem to have an issue whenever I open Affinity. I get an update window and when I click on update I get taken to this forum. There doesn't seem to be a topic for updates. Finally, Just one comment on help. I searched to find out how to erase a dot on an i. The instructions stated to click on pencil icon. I couldn't find it anywhere. After some time I did find it by clicking on persona. Can the instructions be changed to include clicking on persona? I understand that infinity is a different software but I had problems finding the straight line tall. It's not in the side bar like in page plus and I couldn't find it in help. I did eventually find it after clicking on the pen tall, It was in the top bar tool bar. I was expecting to see it in a drop down by the pen icon. Is there going to be more file options in the full version? I wanted to show a graphic file that I had created on facebook but it doesn't accept affinity files. I had to cut and paste it into a photo app so that I could save it as a .png file. As mentioned; I'm no graphic designer and am not used to this sort of app. However I'm willing to learn as I go as I think that Affinity Designer has a lot of potential. I would prefer a photo version. I'll see what is mentinoed in this topic.
