In Affinity Publisher 1.9 I created a table format with borders, shading, and fonts that point to Text Styles. Without closing the document after designing the table format, applying the format to a new table works as expected, i.e. results in the same table format. However, after the document is close then reopened, there is a font problem. When the table format is applied to a new table, the cell fonts are "bolded", (sometimes a 2pt stroke is also added to the characters in all the cells). Below shows the table format as designed and as applied to new table. FYI, design format settings are: outside border is 2 pts, column header bottom border 1.5 pt, and other borders 0.5 pt. Font Arial, bold for column headers, normal for table body. Any ideas how to fix this? Gary

Hi all, I am having a problem with the artistic text tool. When I select it, and drag out an area for my font, Affinity Designer stretches the font. It is the right height, but longer than it should be. I have tried clearing the 'Text' > 'Text Styles' > 'Detach and delete all styles', and this seems to work only if I start a new document. But the document I am working on, with a lot of font, and with a lot more to go, still has the problem. So every time I try to create a new artistic font for a heading it is stretched. I have attached an image of the problem. I am using a mac. And have the latest version of affinity running. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. Daniel
