  1. Hi Apologies if this is on the wrong sub-sub-sub forum. Please can you tell me how to uninstall an update and go back to V2.0? Either that, or can you help me export my pngs with transparent backgrounds instead of white ones? This is the default png export setting with a nice transparent background. And this is what happens when I try to modify any of the settings. The background has gone opaque. These are my preferred settings and worked perfectly in V2.0. That's why I want to go back to it if I can. Thanks for any help. Sue
  2. I have created an A4 document with the background set to transparent in the document color settings. The page background appears correct (as in transparent) while I'm building. When I export as a PNG, if I check "include bleed", the background becomes opaque (not transparent). I am sending the final file to a digital press. I tried setting to RGB but then the "include bleed" button is greyed out. I'm not sure if this is a 'bug' or I am missing something. See the attached side by side comparisons below: correct transparent background if "include bleed is NOT checked on the left, and opaque background if "include bleed" is enabled on the right. Any ideas? Publisher V 2.1.0 Windows 11
