  1. Hi all, I've exported a .tiff file with a CYMK profile with Affinity Photo, in order to import it to my InDesign layout. But, the importation fails and freeze InDesign... :( Anyone on that ? Thanks
  2. I use Indesign quite heavily for book and magazine layout I produce for a range of publishers, so would like to think I know my short cuts and my way around around Indesign. but this does make me struggle formatting lots of copy when jumping back to Affinity (example left aligning I would typically hit cmd L which is not so in Affinity Designer). So Affinity is done the Apple way, which is not bad if you start fresh, but I have a sneaky feeling this will put off switches handy in shortcuts from Indesign and Illustrator to the upcoming Affinity Publisher and Affinity Designer if all the short cuts need re-learning from the off start. So my question is this....Is it possible to have Adobe shortcuts as an toggled option in preferences?
  3. He everybody! I imported a pdf file that was created in Adobe InDesign. This pdf was intended for professional printing purposes. Unfortunately InDesign separated most of the objects to small areas, so instead of some objects there are hundreds of areas next to each other. Between adjacent areas there are white lines visible. These white lines represent the zero-pixel-boarders of the objects and are always visible, no matter which zoom setting (10% or 100000%) In Acrobat reader the lines can (visually) be reduce be disabling anti-aliasing in preferences. Is there any option to reduce those lines, at least for new image exports (png / jpg) that are made out of AD? Thanks for your help, H-Nes
  4. I'm using Affinity to create a magazine for my dissertation and I wondered how I would be able to create a double page spread instead of having to design on two separate pages. I find the programme much easier to use than InDesign and since I've been using it from July, I now don't use any other programme to create content. Additionally I want to know if there is a way to import the pages into InDesign as I will have to put them into one document just so that it can be printed next May.
