  1. I've been trying to scan things into Affinity Photo using the Acquire Image feature. However, whenever I scan something directly into Photo, it comes through with interlacing problems (see the screenshot below—the interlaced image behind the Acquire Image dialog is what I end up with) that render the image useless. My scanner is an HP Color LaserJet MFP M283fdw. I'm on Affinity Photo 1.9.3 and macOS 11.4. I can scan fine from the OS scanner function—if I scan to TIFFs and open them in Photo it works all right. But I'd love to be able to skip the extra step. What might be going wrong?
  2. why can't I scan in a higher resolution in affinity photo? max is 600 dpi while I can scan with the brother print&scan app up to 1200 dpi? vuescan can also scan up to 1200 dpi
  3. J'espère être au bon endroit pour poster mes pt' soucis *********** Config. MAC mini M2 - OS Sonoma - Imprimante / scanner TS 9551C
  4. When I attempt to scan an image using the "Acquire Image" function, the scan is "garbled" (for want of a better description). I have attached 2 images to show what occurs when I scan an image in Preview and when I scan an image in Affinity Photo. Is there a setting that I need to correct in order to have the Acquire Image function work properly?
  5. I want to scan a color document on my iMac M1 in Photo ~(latest version) the result is not great, see "color scan". The same document in black and white is correct, if I scan it outside Photo the scan is as it should be. Is this a bug in the Mac version or is there a solution for this problem color scan.afphoto
  6. Every time I attempt to scan an image directly into Affinity Photo using the "Acquire Image" the scanned image is a jumble of pixels and transparent shadows. Basically it is useless. Is there a fix? Or is there an update for Photo? Thanks for any information or help you can give. Charles Attempted Scan.afphoto
