  1. I purchased the latest version recently and now have trouble loading raw images. The image starts out quite dark with muted colors for the first 5-10 seconds before the true colors appear. And while working on an image, I frequently get a message that Affinity is not responding. The whole processing of images is very slow. I currently have 16gigs of ram. Can you help me out?
  2. I just upgraded to the newest version of Affinity Photo 1.7. So, now what should I do with the previous version? Simply delete it?
  3. I'm sorry, perhaps I should explain that I am new here and feeling my way around this forum. My computer is only two weeks old; an HP-all in one with 8 gigs of ram and a 1TB hard drive.
  4. I'm hoping you can help, but I recently purchased Affinity Photo and am having routine problems when using the selection tools. Each time the selection is slow to outline with marching ants, or doesn't make an outline, or I even get a message at the top of the screen that says Affinity is not responding when adding or subtracting to the selected area. Your thoughts??? Ken
