I know this is an old issue but I experienced it the other day again - but I have now found the cause! If you go to the export dialogue and enter a new size in the first box and then press save WITHOUT tabbing to the second box the size won't change... Problem solved - thought you might like to know that

Hi Chris - it may have been a macOS beta issue somehow because I cannot recreate it either now (although it happened several times previously) only thing that’s changed is I’ve had a new Catalina beta ... weird but that’s betas for you 🙄

If I create an image in Photo at say 1000x750 pixels (which I do for my website blog post headers) and export to JPG that is fine - However I also wish to export the file at 500x375 (for another site I post to which only allows images up to that size) and I select 500x375 in the jpg export dialogue the jpg still comes out at 1000x750. OK I can get over this by resizing the image first in AP but it would seem that should be unnecessary (otherwise why is there an editable size box in the export dialogue? Minor but annoying. Thanks

I would very much like to set column guides on master pages in the spread setup rather than by placing guides by hand on the Master Page. Most DTP app offer this, I know this is a beta and not everything can get done at once but I think the ability to set a master as 2 or 3 or whatever columns with a defined gutter is a fairly essential feature for most users. Also I would like to have a visible bleed guide. Bleed can be set which is great but I like to see a visible guide on the page while working.

In Adobe you hold Cmd Space to temporarily access the zoom function. This is a tool I use all the time, it is so useful not to have to come out of a text box, hit Z, zoom, and then go back to the text. Zoom to selection helps a bit but isn't the same. Any chance of a key combo for "temporary" access to the zoom?

Can we please have a keyboard shortcut for place... I do this like a zillion times a day in ID and really need this. Also I really need to be able to place multiple pages from a PDF, or at the very least be able to chose a page from a multipage PDF rather than getting Page One with no choices.

I really use the place multiple pages from PDF a lot in my work, at the minute Designer doesn't even show you a dialogue to chose a page from the PDF, you get page one regardless (unless I am missing something here) I don't want to have to open a multi page document and then cut and paste. The ability to set up a document full of frames and then do Place - PDF - some or all pages, and then put them into the frames is almost essential. One page at a time would be very tedious but better than nothing.

If you make the UI text the larger size the palette tabs don't expand to accept it... Tabbing between values in the colour palette doesn't work correctly so for example trying to enter a CMYK value cannot be done as (for example) 10 tab, 5 tab, 20 tab, 30 tab, or return Please show file suffixes in save/export boxes, or at least allow a toggle to hide/show Please can we have crops or marks on exported PDFs

Changed the number of decimal places setting for measurements and the sliders (really? Sliders for that people? Feels clumsy to me) won't disappear. Only Quitting removes them
