Half the time my paint brush tool is a circle and half the time it is a crosshair. I'm trying to do a Twilight photo of a house and erase layers using masks like people do on photoshop but the paint brush is a crosshair (not a circle) and isn't showing a preview like this video is showing.
I'm following the exact same steps as the "light painting compositing" tutorial on YouTube and getting different results. When I go to select the paint brush tool with the mask selected, it gives me a crosshair that does nothing when I click. It's just a crosshair.
