  1. As a workaround, you can create a document containing the desired emojis, for example, in Apple Pages and save it as a PDF. If you open that PDF in Affinity Photo or Designer you can select each emoji as an idividual layer and copy/paste it into your own document. The emojis in the PDF are pixel graphics and don’t have that much resolution. But at least, they have a transparent background. For some use cases, it will do. See attached examples.
